Use FredBoat on Discord

Note: Ensure you have the necessary permissions, such as managing roles and inviting bots, to install and operate FredBoat on your Discord server successfully.
Step 1: Install FredBoat on Discord
Well, to use FredBoat on Discord, you will have to install it first. Let’s go through the steps.
1. Launch the official FredBoat website and click on the Invite To Server button.
2. Under ADD TO SERVER, click on the downward pointing arrow.
3. From the drop-down menu, select the server on which the bot is to be added and click on Continue.
4. Grant permissions as needed and click on Authorise.
5. Select the I am a human captcha and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once FredBoat is activated on your server on Discord PC, it’s time to use it.
Step 2: Use FredBoat on Discord
Make sure the bot is active on a voice channel. If it is not, create or move it to a voice channel by the following steps.
1. Click on the server icon on the left sidebar and then select Create Channel.
2. Select Voice Channel and give it a name.
3. Select Create.
4. Now, in the #texts channel, where you find the welcome message of FredBoat, type the command /join and press Enter to make it join the voice channel you created.
5. After it has joined, enter the command /play <music or song name> as shown in the image below. In our case, we entered the command with the song name Perfect.
6. You will see a list of options provided by the bot. Select the one you want to play. 
7. Click and enter the voice channel where FredBoat will start playing the music.

How to Use FredBoat on Discord to Play Spotify Playlist
FredBoat can also be used to play your Spotify music playlist as well. Follow the steps given below:
1. Open Spotify and open the album you want to play.
2. Tap on the three-dot icon under the album art.
3. From the drop-down menu, click on Share and then click on Copy link to the playlist.
4. Open your Discord server and then type /play <album link>.
5. Now all the songs will be added to the playlist and will start playing in order.
